The Space
The accommodation occupies the entire spacious lower floor of the villa and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
There are two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two comfortable single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm. The beds can be used separately or pushed together to create one large bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, according to your preference. Each bedroom also has a wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The bright living room features a TV, comfortable seating and a sofa bed for two additional guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large American-style refrigerator with an ice maker.
The accommodation combines the comfort of home with the atmosphere of a Mediterranean holiday villa, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay in Calpe.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire lower floor of the villa and the complete outdoor area belonging to the accommodation.
You can enjoy the spacious garden and swimming pool throughout your stay. The pool and garden are not shared with other holiday guests.
The outdoor area includes a spacious pool terrace, a Balinese-style pool bed, four sun loungers, a comfortable outdoor lounge, a covered terrace with a dining table and an outdoor shower.
Guests can also use the fitness equipment to stay active during their holiday.
For your convenience, a covered private carport is available on the property, providing secure parking for your car.
Free parking is also generally available on the street.
The upper floor of the villa is not part of the rental and is not accessible to guests.
You therefore have your own private holiday space, with the garden, pool, terraces and facilities exclusively for your group.
Other Things to Note
Bath towels, beach towels and pool towels are provided, so you do not need to bring your own.
